Was here for my CHD check with both nurse/doctor. I was involved with both during time with team. Booked in for ECG and help with reducing smoking.
Was well looked after respected by all, including reception staff.

Approachable. Professional. Efficient.
Maybe a different room to discuss patient's health, not discuss patient conditions with them at the reception desk.
